The building is an early 1900’s manufacturing facility that was renovated for office and retail spaces. The original brick, iron trusses and wood roof system were retained. Whitsel Construction Services served as General Contractor for all work.

Original home of the Snow Tire Recap Plant; the building was converted to a state of art theater with a street level space used as a restaurant. The building is a classic case of adaptive reuse. Whitsel Construction Services served as General Contractor for all work.
