Joshua Hill House, Madison, Georgia
Owner: Steve and Linda Huggins
Architect: Hall Smith Office
Completed: April 2012

A true antebellum structure that was once the home to the congressman, Mr. Joshua Hill, who is reputed as being the man who convinced Sherman to spare Madison from being burned on his march to Savannah. The house has been completely restored, exterior and interior, and has a new addition added at the rear. Whitsel Construction Services served as general contractor for the renovations and additions.
